Slept pretty good last night. Woke up a lot but was able to fall right back to sleep. This morning the urge is stronger. Not a big deal, but I am aware of it. Yesterday, stopping for gas, I needed to brace myself to make sure I did not buy a pack. Will need to be extra strong grocery shopping today. Just have to be focused on my goal and I will be fine.
I am wondering if my day one was actually someone elses day 8? Which would make my day 4 someone elses day 6, unless I actually have 3 day threes, then That would make today not my day 2 but instead my day one. Right?
