Smoking daily did not need any motivation, why. ? because it was mere addiction. The grey like chemical nicotine makes our brain "dance and play" to find out cigarette and get ample supply of nicotine to brain in equal intervals !

It requires motivation on daily basis. Yes, daily morning, good to make a point, why do I am quitting smoking? The benefits of quitting smoking and list it down on piece of paper, laptop, mobile, apple note, where ever.
Revisiting these benefits every day, one by one ! Yes, going through all again in the morning. This enables mind liking the idea of non-smoker.
Importance of daily pledge, importance of daily writing on wall, importance of daily typing out on mobile, laptop, note pad is really really important.
It should be my individual (owned) list ! I own the list !

Many of EX would agree that we had the habit of writing down why did I quit cigarette? Reason one, reason two, reasons three…. What are the benefits of smoking Benefit one, Benefit two, Benefit three….owning the benefits !
And believe..such a fabulous list is my treasure, it does allow mind to focus on quitting smoking…. !
