Hello ex Community! Sorry , I”m not around here at all for quite a while. Just wanted to check in and say thanks. It’s  7 years ago today since my last cigarette and this place was priceless in my quit journey.I rarely think about smoking any  more (except being grateful I don’t do that any more).   So if you’re thinking about quitting do it! Believe in yourself because you can.you’ll soon be glad and proud that you dId . Jim
