My quit day was yesterday. I threw on a nic patch, and fortunately had a dog training seminar to keep me busy all day. Didn't have any cravings, even through during breaks and at the end of the day are usually triggers. Today was day two of the webinar. Only thought about a smoke once.
During the week "at work" it is difficult to drive to the convenience store for a pack (or a quarter of a pack, throwing away the rest). Hoping to get a week under my belt.
