Share your quitting journey
My husband quit smoking today. I am so proud of him and he wasn't even that grouchy. My girls told him that they were proud of him too. So with the quitting smoking I have decided to make a few changes for our family. We quit drinking soda and have switched to seltzer water. We are lowering our fat, sugar and processed food intake. I am not giving up the ice cream though I am just not going to have it very often. Our grocery bill was lower because of our new food choices. So we are trying to get healthy all around. Maybe I will get to lose some weight too
