~Phew, day 4~

Today is much easier than yesterday. I read somewhere that the 3's, as in 3 days, weeks, months are a common issue with non-smokers, so I overcame day 3.  I had a yoga appointment scheduled and I actually went out the door, got into my car, drove down the street and then, turned around and came home.  This is typical me. Whenever I feel off my game, I find every reason not to do something, even if that something might actually be good for me.

When I got back home, I stood there for a minute with my keys in my hand. 10 minutes later, I was sitting on my yoga mat. The instructor reminded the class, "You're here for you. Let everything else go. Be proud that you have chosen you." So, it was a good day. I didn't smoke and I pushed myself to do something for myself. Two great things.

I was so happy to read the replies to my first post.  I felt like I had some people on my side. THANK YOU for that.

Anytime you feel you need to talk, I'm here for you.  Power in numbers!!!

If you remember anything today, remember to choose you.
