Hi, well I fell off the wagon, but now I am one month without smoking again, it is a lot easier this time, my Aunt died about 7 months ago because she would not stop she was only 68 lived on oxygen, and never left her bedroom, such a sad life. I can not become that person, so I am back with you to help me get 

through again, and I did it once with all of your help, and I will do it again. Thanks Helen.
