Hi, after 6 months of being quit, and then I started again, and now I am on day 3 of not smoking my Lungs already fill better, and I know it is going to be a long haul, but I think I have quit so many times I hope I have mastered everything that has set me off before. I thought I would check in because you are all my family, and I will need you help again to finish this last journey with my smokes, we are not friends anymore, and it was hard saying good by.
