I was meditating yesterday with a guided med. from Insight Timer and I started to realize I enjoy (in a not really enjoyable way), having a problem. I keep trying to stop vaping, I think about it, journal, list, get myself worked up to quit. Throw my vape out the window, trash it whatever then think about it obsessively until I go buy another one. I don’t know what to do if I don’t have this problem. If I have a problem free life, what am I gonna do with my thoughts and my free time?? Think about my work, family, hobbies?? Get stuff done? BTW, I threw it out this afternoon so I’ll be obsessively trying not to go buy another one tonight.
