If you use the vap please let me know now or have in the past. I need to know how to quit using the vap when I am ready. Apparently, I am not at that point yet, because I could not stay with the every two hours yesterday. And this morning was an epic failure, as I vaped right away when I got up. I am now fully on no nicotine though so that is a good thing but what chemicals am I vaping up that taste like tobacco? I am just looking for someone to talk to about vaping, give me a shout out please, and thank you.
