Originally I had chosen either 2/1 or 2/3, but wasn't sure which one. I liked the sound of 2/1, because it's the first of the month, but I want this to work, so 2/3 makes more sense.....I will have off that day and the weekend it leads into, so I decided 2/3 is the most logical out of the two.....final answer....ha
This isn't my first rodeo.....can't read much more, because I can recite the words before turning the page. I usually add exercise to a quit, but this time I'm forcing myself to do it before the quit.....I'm forcing myself to a gym, where I can see people who are serious about their health.....
It's an odd feeling, especially because I am going there so much (for me at least). After work today, I did not want to go and they close early on the weekends, but I went to the grocery store on the way home and bought dinner, said my hellos to the family, got change and went to the gym. Weird, strange feeling.....that's good thou, because I know when I put out that last cigarette, it's going to be a weird, strange feeling too.....
Anyhow this is where I am in my preparation, and I wanted to share it with you.
I have noticed that I've cut down some, because of the gym. It's like I smoke on my way there (and that feels stupid), but once I leave, I don't crave them for awhile....so, I think this is good. I have also cut down slightly on soda without trying, it's all due to the mindset slowly changing.
