Grieving and quitting during a pandemic????
So I recently lost someone close to me very suddenly. My quit is solid but then I read her obit & it just became so very real. No, I don’t really want to smoke but old Nic sure is giving it his all. Not today Nic. Not ever again. So much emotion tied to this nicotine addiction. I will overcome these feelings & come out a winner. Tks for listening. Going outside in nature now & I hope you all have a nice Sunday.
