This morning was rough, but i came here and got encouragement and advice. This afternoon is going so much better. I still get the feeling im missing something, but im able to work through it pretty easily right now.

Evenings have been hard for me in the past, but i know tonight I won't smoke. I have a lot of errands to do.

Going up to mountains this weekend for a get away. Hot springs here we come! I will be with 3 other people, my partner and another couple. My partner will be the only smoker up there!! Because I am now not smoking.

Hopefully I'll be able to come here for support if i need it, and maybe support others too.

Thanks everyone!

I've been smoking since I was 13, and I am going to be 42 in a few days. I have had 2 quits that lasted 11 months. I have been trying to quit again now for over a month. I would get 4 days smoke free, then smoke for a couple then get 4 more days ect... I'm bipolar, with an anxiety disorder and ptsd. I'm also an alcohlic. I go to a group for dual diagnosis for these, as well as AA meetings. I also see a therapist and a psychiatrist regularly.
