So Sunday I relapsed and smoked. When I was watching the Walking Dead (we had it recorded) I had to pause it 3 times to go smoke. I told myself it was because I was anxious that I had to smoke.
Anyway. Wednesday came around and i was watching tv... other anxiety provoking shows. But I wasn't anxious like I was on Sunday. I was on day 3 and i was able to watch the shows without thinking of a cig.
So today I had a crave and i said to myself... " do you want every day feeling like you did on Sunday, or would you rather it be like Wednesday"?
I choose Wednesday! Crave was gone within seconds.
Just tginking differently is all
