My 1st weekend smoke free

Yup, this is my 1st. I'm a nervous wreck about it. My partner smokes, and we are both off work and home together, so ill be able to smell it, and see her smoke. Luckily she smokes either outside or in her office, so I don't have to see it a whole lot, only if I am with her... which I am avoiding those areas.

Tomorrow is my birthday, I turn 42. When did I get so old? We are going to brunch with, some friends, who luckily do not smoke, but my partner does smoke in the car. So that will suck butt!

Thank you for letting me ramble. I feel pretty good right now about my quit, but worried it will wear on me as the weekend progresses.

I've been smoking since I was 13, and I am going to be 42 in a few days. I have had 2 quits that lasted 11 months. I have been trying to quit again now for over a month. I would get 4 days smoke free, then smoke for a couple then get 4 more days ect... I'm bipolar, with an anxiety disorder and ptsd. I'm also an alcohlic. I go to a group for dual diagnosis for these, as well as AA meetings. I also see a therapist and a psychiatrist regularly.
