Share your quitting journey
Wow, one week WON!!! It feels good! It's been pretty good so far. I think what's helped me the most is coming on here, blogging about my journey, reading about other's journeys, and getting support from you guys. And preparing before the quit with readings and videos, and continuing to get more information to lessen the fears that I had. Also, just reminding myself every time I have a crave or trigger, why I gave up smoking and what I'm getting in return: a healthier life, and hopefully starting my own family.
I still have a ways to go, but 1 week under my belt feels good. Thank you all so much for your kind comments and support! Congratulations to everyone and Just Keep Swimming!!!
