Day 3

Another day won! Last night I did some meditations right before bed and had a good night's sleep. Today am still feeling cravings but kicking them to the side. Took a different way to work today. After work went to therapy, talked about quitting and how this site and you guys are so helpful! Thursday's are usually Zumba days after therapy, but the last time I tried to quit I caved in and got cigarettes on the way.  So I figured I'd skip it this week and not leave room for temptation. I do Zumba 5 days a week, so missing one class is not bad.  Got home and got busy working on party favors for a baby shower, then had dinner, showered, and now I'm on here. Reading comments and other posts, getting support and inspiration. I love this site! One thing I'm noticing is how much more time I seem to have! I've been leaving my house earlier and getting to work earlier, and going to bed earlier. I guess I didn't realize how much time I spent smoking. Actually, yeah, I would pretty much chain smoke at night until I was really tired, so I stayed up til 10:30/11:00. The past couple of days I went to bed around 9/9:30. Here's to another day of freedom!
