Hi my name is Angel. I am 38 years old. I have 1 daughter who will be 13 soon 😞....they sure do grow up fast! I have been a smoker since I was 14 years old, I've tried to quit with NRT's, counseling and cold turkey but never succeeded. I want to quit so bad for health reasons and it would be nice to save some money. My mother was a heavy smoker which ended up causing her to have severe COPD. She passed away at the age of 71, she couldn't put the cigarettes down even with 24/7 Oxygen. I'm here hoping to find some new ways and maybe friends along the way to help me on my journey and I'll help along the way as well.
