Patches

Hi everyone. I'm truly inspired by the posts that I have been reading here, really makes me feel that I can also stop smoking. My quit day is 7 days from today and I have patches to use but am wondering if any of you used them to quit smoking?? Also really want to thank everyone already for taking time to share.
