I thought this would be difficult but it is going nice. I don't have craving per se but think about cigarette every now and then. I have been watching this video over and over again to stay strong. "The Myth of Nicotine Withdrawal" by Goodwin Hypnosis on youtube. He insisted that what we felt after stop smoking isn't nicotine withdrawal, but other symptoms. So I stop coffee for time being, eat regularly so my blood sugar won't drop. Also, plenty of water. So far I am doing good.
