Hello everyone, here I am 71 days cigarette free.

Came back from the show absolutley shattered was alot of hard work but so worth it we rocked their socks off. The best thing not one single craving for a cigarette and not a single one smoked ! Bad news though is because of all the dust an pollen the chest and sinus infection is back but clearing slowly.

I am going to post some photos of the gig for you all to look at. I never believed I would be 70 days free i used to smoke 2-3 packs a night when I was playing a show now not one and wow what a difference in the stamina and voice I had on stage.

The biggest hurdle as a smoker wanting to quit was getting over the question of can I do this ? Its going to be hard, I'm going to become so agro, what am I going to do without my cigarette. I tell you what my mind was like I had a split personality but now woohoo I'm free free from those cancer sticks and on the road to healing I can feel my body healing I sleep at night without the sore chest and coughing myself awake.

FREEDOM rocks !!!! 17309483_1370694316324848_5728503385260403740_n.jpg

i am a musician and biker at heart. I have a gorgeous little daughter who I treasure with all my heart, she is one of the main reasons for me stopping smoking. i want to walk her down the isle one day. My wife is a smoker which is a challenge but she supports my quit. I had a really big scare on the 2nd Jan 2017 where I stopped breathing everytime I fell asleep and had bad chest pains throughout the night, this was the time to say enough. I am getting healthy again and i am back at gym and enjoying the benefits daily of stopping smoking. Onwards and upwards.
