Boom here i am 60 days without a single cigarette !! I am feeling so good about myself i am 1 month over my previous record and really now starting to feel the benefits of stopping. The cough is better so I'm kicking this flu bugs ass. The best part is not stinking like cigarettes in the house. My little daughter told mommy the other day "you must stop smoking your going to die" she was quite shocked by that I hope it is a step towards my wife quitting too. The benefit if she does is that I can support her through all the things I have been through in my 60 days. We are gearing up for that huge gig next weekend we are the main act so I will have to try put up some pictures for you guys.

i am a musician and biker at heart. I have a gorgeous little daughter who I treasure with all my heart, she is one of the main reasons for me stopping smoking. i want to walk her down the isle one day. My wife is a smoker which is a challenge but she supports my quit. I had a really big scare on the 2nd Jan 2017 where I stopped breathing everytime I fell asleep and had bad chest pains throughout the night, this was the time to say enough. I am getting healthy again and i am back at gym and enjoying the benefits daily of stopping smoking. Onwards and upwards.
