Yeah, I did it so proud of myself , I got 30 days done .Thanks so much for all the help from everyone.  NOW I'm  on my journey  for more days of smokefree  .I am thrilled to have my life smokefree. I know i will have hard times but I will stay close to here  get help from my husband  and read books and blogs .and ask for help to continue to go forward.     Thanks
