I am 26 days quit. I have done good so far. There have been some moments harder than others. When I have a craving I go to my advice suggestions, and reading stories in here all from exs quitters . Thank you all so much
I want to thank my husband for his 24 hours of support. I love you honey. I would love it if the Exs could give me anything that would help me with the loneliness of no ciggerrate with me its not constante but it happens When I smell smoke it makes me nauseated so I am thankful for that.
