Good Afternoon Everyone!
I woke up at my normal time of noon today. Been having trouble getting to bed at a decent hour lately. So today, I hit another milestone. It's 1:54 pm as I'm writing this, I have been up for almost 2 hours. I finished my school work, and I still have not had a lozenge. I decided that my school work was more important than nicotine right now. I am feeling a little foggy headed, but it wasn't enough to keep me from completing my work. Everyday I set a new small goal in my quit journey, and everyday I succeed with that goal and keep it as a learned behavior. I am about to pop a lozenge and head out the door to go buy some clothes. 40 cigarettes not smoked (based on my 8 a day), that's 17.64 - 4.25 (cost of lozenges used) = 13.39 saved. It's a start, not to mention all the future health costs I'm saving on. Everyone have a great day!
