I've made plenty of excuses on why I couldn't (wouldn't) quit... "I'm stressed" or "I'm bored" and I would light up. I then placed myself on a "smoking schedule" which is certain times I would go smoke and only those times I could smoke... But that seemed to make my urges worse. So I decided I need help and joined the Ex community to find help and so far it is doing wonders.... I'm learning my triggers and the reasons I decide to smoke rather than excuses. My tip is if you need help, don't be afraid to ask... You never know, help might just be one click away.
