What is (hint: it has to do with alcohol and quitting!)?

Q:  What is forlorn, depressed, unbelieving, distressed, disgusted, embarrassed, frustrated and downright unhappy?

A:  Someone who lost a perfectly good quit by choosing to drink alcohol and believing in that altered state of mind  that "just one won't hurt!"

Please don't let this be you.  Please don't drink if you are quitting smoking (or to excess once you have accomplished it).

A quit is a terrible thing to lose!

I smoked until a vascular surgeon informed me of the damage I had done to myself by doing so. I quit 11 years ago, and I can swim laps virtually FOREVER now, walk most other days 40 minutes to an hour and a half. What a difference quitting has made in my life! I strive to help others find this wonderful freedom from addiction, too.
