and I DO know when I'll be back again:  October 20th.  My daughter is meeting me out West and has planned this for us.  No idea how I deserve this daughter, but I am thankful.

We will be visiting the Grand Canyon, Ouray hot springs, Moab, Mesa Verde, Crested Butte (that's pronounced, beaut - @Pops!) and a few other places she has picked out.

Don't ANYBODY smoke (or drink) while I'm gone - ya' HEAR??!!!!

(I pre-scheduled this blog a week ago, but canceled it when we moved the trip up a week because of the tropical storm in the areas we were visiting.  It somehow appeared this morning and made NO sense because of the wrong dates.  I edited it, but can't find it now...didn't want to worry anyone with my disappearance.)

I smoked until a vascular surgeon informed me of the damage I had done to myself by doing so. I quit 11 years ago, and I can swim laps virtually FOREVER now, walk most other days 40 minutes to an hour and a half. What a difference quitting has made in my life! I strive to help others find this wonderful freedom from addiction, too.
