We can all agree that in 2015 not a single person got the answer correct to:: "‘Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?’
We do, though, know the right answer to this question. "Is it a good idea to drink alcohol early in your quit (and early is a subjective term!)?"
Alcohol can muddy your thinking into believing "just one will be OK!" It isn't and will never be true.
Please just don't. A quit is a terrible thing to lose!
