If you want to keep your quit
Don't drink alcohol
It's a proven quit killer
Alcohol affects your decision making and you can begin to think "just one will be OK." It never will be.
Careful - a quit is a terrible thing to lose.

Wowser I knew that today was Friday BUT it just dawned on me that this is a long weekend in Canada it's our Canadian Thanksgiving! It really snuck up on ME anyway thank you Nancy for posting this weekly blog it's EXtremely needed whew! Our quits must be our #1 priority so therefore I do not think that I should drink for if I drink I do not think!
I second this fact because I lost two very long quits with alcohol...bumming one, led to bumming two, which led to buying a pack...it is not worth going back to Day 1....
Happy Friday, be vigilant...Colleen 676 DOF
