Since many of us are in the high risk category, I thought this might be informative. We ALL want to get back to normal, but I think I will continue to shelter-in-place for a bit longer after reading this article.
Good information, I think, to help us make that decision.

Thank you for sharing Nancy...I found this article informative. A lot is common sense and yes many have no common sense. LOL...I still only do my once a week grocery shopping and some tests over at the hospital and daily walks...I am not ready to venture out at this time. Baby steps... Happy Saturday ~ Colleen 558 DOF
Thank you Nancy for sharing! While very informative, I can tell by the profile of people I meet in the grocery store, there are a lot which I would consider in the A category, wondering around, socializing, not sterilizing their carts, not following any kind of rules. And they can be living by themselves, not having anyone able to do the shopping for them, gosh I felt for a gentleman I saw today, he had to move his leg with his hands into one of these motorized shopping carts, and most of the space of the cart was taken by his walker. Why, on why was he forced to do the shopping by himself?
I am honestly hoping there are charitable organization which formed in the last couple of months to help citizens like the one I just described!
Arizona is one of the fastest growing new cases in the last couple of weeks; and other than relaxing the rules too early in the game, and maybe importing people from other, more populated area, I have a hard time understanding why. AZ is not the only one, CA continues to report more and more new cases, so does TX and AR, and the number of tests are not high enough to justify the increased number of positive cases. Maybe it is just the evolution of the virus, something which was expected, who knows, but it does not look good! Mom lost her patience to wait for fitting her bottom denture, and I am taking her to the dentist on Monday. It is a small office, and I am hoping no one would put her at risk, I did ask her to postpone, she does not want to do it anymore...Pray for us

Daniela2016 I keep hearing about cases in Arizona that are climbing, it's really scary. Virginia is doing okay, at least at the moment. NY is probably doing better than anyone else and they were the worst. I will be saying prayers for you and your mom...I have not left the house since March 16th and I was sort of looking forward to my doctor's appointment on the 18th to see my rheumatologist...I got an email yesterday that it would be a remote appointment. I am not thrilled about it but I need prescriptions and I guess I can show her my joints on the computer screen. My primary care doc is not seeing patients until the third week in July and I have left messages with my pulmonologist because that is how they make appointments. They have you leave a message and they call you back. Sometimes, it takes several days and I called Friday so I hope to hear next week. It's aggravating, to say the least. I so hope that things return to something that resembles normal soon.

I AM going to read this later when everyones asleep ( we have family here due to grandson tournament baseball games, so am a bit overwhelmed. All is good though Thanks for sharing this!
We are in Phase Three here in PA which for us is called GREEN........everything is opening up with capacity restrictions, masks and other safety precautions.
Our child care centers were allowed to open in the YELLOW phase so we have been re-opened for about three weeks. So far....all is well. We have changed many routines around and added many procedures..............parents have been cooperative for the most part. My teachers are the BEST....GOD BLESS THEM...........so proud of the hard work they are doing to keep everything safe, healthy and non scary for the children.
If you have any "space" -----keep us in your prayers that all continues to go well. And as YoungAtHeart said......if you CAN still stay at home .....do so. Take every precaution that your situation allows. Think of you all often and pray you are all well.
I don't know what to believe or who to trust "in authority" for advice. So I just use my own common sense. I do continue to wear a mask when I'm out. They say it doesn't do anything to protect the wearer from the virus, but it "supposedly" does protect those who choose NOT to wear one. I'm a nice person. I choose for them.

This really confuses me from your link: " Groups B and D represent the next level, warranting strict social distancing, mask use, and active monitoring. A, B, and D would not return to the worksite until the “all clear” is sounded." Group A doesn't require mask use? Why not?
To me - use your logical mind. Those who think nothing's going to happen by hanging out in large groups - hey - go for it. You'll find out - one way or another. I hope it's not in a bad way. But - like with quitting - you'll get the message one way or another. Eventually.

So...I think until we have enough experiential knowledge about this virus (which will take more than just three months) - all these speculations are handy and dandy. And we can choose to believe what we want. Meanwhile - I'm just going on common sense which has always served me pretty well.
Group A really should not be going out at all and if not, they have no need for a mask. That would be me. I have not been off my property except to take my coffee to the park and drink it in my car by a stream or the river, or to swim laps in my neighbor's pool a few days a week, and scrub my hands as soon as I am home after touching the gate latch and railing. I am blessed to be able to do both!
The problem with the ones who go out in large groups without masks is that THEY can be spreaders...and therein, I think, lies the biggest danger with the spread of this virus. THEY may be fine, but they could spread the virus to others who then hug grandpa or grandma or live with/visit their parents and cause great harm to them.
I WILL tell you that I, personally, am sick and tired of it all.

It seems like every doctor you see on tv is an authority on this virus. It is to the point a person doesn't know who or what to believe. I for one plan on using go old common sense. I do where a mask when I make my weekly trip to the grocery store and I do put on disposable gloves when I pump gas. Other than that I don't go out much. Everything else I need I can order online.
