Always good to remind the newbies, one drink can steal your quit. Not worth it.
I always say...if you can't enjoy yourself without booze, just while you go through your early stages of your quit....then perhaps you have another addiction that may also need addressed. Just Sayin....
If you're going to go out, have one drink and take a couple bottles of water or ask the bartender for soda or water. the rest of the time. All our bars have been smoke free since the late 90's.
YES, thank you for the reminder! I have a graduation party to go to tomorrow and there are some heavy drinkers and smokers in that crowd. I'm planning to bring my own sparkling water
