Thank you so much - EVERYONE! Support here is truly magnificent, I get through my weekends lately just because of coming here and listening to you all, reading your comments, tips and advice.... just Priceless! I find that by early evening the worst is over and I really did make it through another day!

About the Author

I am a transplant from England and came to California in 1973; became a citizen in 1985. I have promised myself I would be a happy non-smoker by my 70th birthday or sooner - April is getting close! I started smoking at age 15 and like many others have tried to stop several times. This time I have a very different attitude and I am looking at this as a positive move to regaining my freedom as opposed to losing something by giving it up.
