Yes, now it's a month for sure and I celebrate as suggested, EVERY day I am smoke-free!  I am proud of myself for beating the "craves" back and not caving in no matter what. - many times this week it has felt hard to do as I deal with some uncomfortable health issues BUT....... this too will pass Definitely feeling good!

I am a transplant from England and came to California in 1973; became a citizen in 1985. I have promised myself I would be a happy non-smoker by my 70th birthday or sooner - April is getting close! I started smoking at age 15 and like many others have tried to stop several times. This time I have a very different attitude and I am looking at this as a positive move to regaining my freedom as opposed to losing something by giving it up.
