Today is day 5. Day 4 I got too stressed and spent it either sleeping or crying. But today I feel much more positive, things will be ok and things will work out. I just need to take it one day at a time and I know I can do it. Today I don't even feel very nauseous like I did yesterday, which is good, so maybe I'll eat something today. I still have some cravings but they are nothing compared to the first few days. It will be ok.
