Day 43

[VAPEASDEADLY]

Still Trudging the road of Smobriety.  I am scheduled to see my doc today. Going to discuss issues surrounding lingering chest congestion, attention, anxiety, depression, lack of energy, (depression) .  Lots of emotions flooded me this past month and i think i am beginning to level off a big, but difficulty getting organized, staying task is kicking this 60 y.o. butt. Hoping doc can help.
