Tonight I had to set my 3rd quit date. I relapse and restart, relapse and restart, then gave myself permission during a recent vacation. Stopped for 3days and started again. I bought a pack this eve while checking out at Walmart. I consciously decided to go to the line where I could get cigarettes. I don't feel any resolve to really quit. I feel defeated 
I hope to build resolve & determination into my psyche, but I don't even have dedication to that yet. I just know I have to keep trying. I have GOT to QUIT, to Become An Ex!!!
