As it gets closer to my Quit Date on 8/1/20 I can feel my anxiety climbing. I spend hours everyday trying to learn everything I can to not just quit, but to stay quit. Whether it's straight fact finding, other people's blog post, things I learn on other sites, etc. I'm trying my best to do this for the last time. I'm not allowing myself ANY wiggle room, because this is the most insidious addiction I've ever seen! So grateful to have found this site. Thanks to all here for all your ideas, experience, support, and most importantly, HOPE!
