My seven-year-old daughter asked me this morning if I still smoke. Though we never smoked around her or my two-year-old, I knew she’d figure it out sooner or later. Which she did last year sometime around drug awareness week at school. She’d seen our boxes, heard us ordering them. 

Anyway, she saw my Easy Way to Quit Smoking book and asked. When I said no, she ran to me, gave me a huge hug, and said, “Thank you, thank you, thank you!” It felt so incredible. I know I’m doing this for me, but I also am for these two wonderful little ones. 

It’s starting to really feel awesome to be free!!
