Grew up in Arizona for the most part, smoked cigarettes since 12 years old, stopped cold turkey in 2006 to 2009 and for some reason started up again. I smoked them until 2015 which I used some cigars as a crutch when quitting again which became the main thing instead of a crutch. I inhale them (of course) and climbed up to 4 cigars a day. I am in great shape and use an excuse, when I can no longer run a 7 min mile I will say I need to stop. I still get under 6.5 min but I am only giving myself reasons to not stop. It was a lot easier in 2006 then now which is why I reached out here for motivation to become an EX
