Day 10 still no smoking but man am I tired today after work. Worked more than usual but eyes are burning so I called it quits. Otherwise it is getting warmer here 
it's perfect in the 60's and 70's! Anything hotter and it just get miserable here! Humidity sucks!
Had maybe 1 craving today? That's it really! Felt good, helps to stay so busy you don't even think about it or feel it.
Who knows maybe tomorrow will be the same, here's to hoping!
