Woke up today and no cravings I have been working on setting off my triggers so I can fight the craving when I’m around certain situations. So far so good. I know it sounds like im torturing myself but I want to move on with my life and be able to walk out into my backyard without thinking about a cigarette. I have been distracting myself when I get a craving that starts to break me I go on a drive, make a snack, or play with my little man, sometimes I look up new recipes to make for dinner that will take my time up. For anyone else on day 6- YOU CAN DO IT! Keep strong and remember the amazing things you are able to do without the distraction of a cigarette! Don’t stop keep fighting rely on support and community!
