There's a lot of healthy discussion these days on what works. Is it the NRTs I select? The plan I use? The app? The website?
All of these questions are good questions and I enjoy the open back and forth discussions about these choices because Smoking Cessation is all about personal choice. I decide if when, how, why I quit smoking!
But the bottom line is this:
This is your Quit! Although all of the above are important, they're only as good as the participant!
