Hi all it’s been a long time since my last blog. I’m proud to report I continue to be smoke free. I made  it past the mark of not thinking about smoking everyday. Yes that will eventually happen, it’s hard to imagine that in the beginning but it will. I’ve now transitioned to protecting my quit, it’s one of the most important things to me. I try to always remember how depressed I was when I smoked. The stench, headaches every morning, URI constantly. Always remember it for what it was. It consumed my every thought, I can’t every go back to that. I now continue to work on my life goals and that makes me happy. I still have lots of work but it’s been amazing to finally do the things that truly have meaning. I’m going to keep on keeping on and continue on my last quit journey.

I started smoking when I was 16,I’m now 47 .The last 5 years I truly hated smoking and had several failed attempts. This time I’m keeping my quit tools very close and not letting my guard down .
