It’s been a little bit ,thought I should check in .I seem to be in a nice spot in my quit but I don’t want to forget or become lax in my quit journey.Ive had some up and downs but I’ve handled them with no thoughts of smoking it feels awesome .Ive been trying to focus on becoming more healthy with daily exercise,That’s a work I progress but I’m not going to bring myself down .I need to make some changes to my day to day schedule to incorporate exercise into it ,By the time I get home from work ,cook ,clean, etc ,I’m exhausted.I will figure this out .But I’m truly happy with my progress and how my mind set has changed on smoking ,please never give up it may seem so hard  in the beginning but keep going it does get better .As always thank you to everyone here ,You all give me the power and strength to maintain my quit journey .

I started smoking when I was 16,I’m now 47 .The last 5 years I truly hated smoking and had several failed attempts. This time I’m keeping my quit tools very close and not letting my guard down .
