Every few days I usually recenter my mind and Destress .I have not done this in over a week ,so today I’m focusing on me ,so I can restrengthen my mind ,body and soul.If we let stress and high emotions  over come us we are at risk for illness, sickness ,and relapse of past addictions rather they be nicotine, alcohol ,food or narcotics .Make a day for you .We are all important.

I started smoking when I was 16,I’m now 47 .The last 5 years I truly hated smoking and had several failed attempts.This time I’m keeping my quit tools very close and not letting my guard down .
