I continue my journey to remain Smokefree.I used my strongest tools this week ,Deep breath and meditation .I had a few smoking thoughts that came ,I wouldn’t say at this point they are cravings because I don’t want to smoke ,but my mind will for a second say look what’s going on you better go smoke .I stop and remind myself I don’t smoke anymore ,I move on to dealing with whatever situation I’m dealing with .Being in healthcare there had been a lot of things going on and changes happening daily .It certainly was a long weekend .Im finally off tomorrow and will spend time with my family.Tv will be off and no news will be on .It will be a day to relax and be stress free.Heres to a happy Tuesday

I started smoking when I was 16,I’m now 47 .The last 5 years I truly hated smoking and had several failed attempts. This time I’m keeping my quit tools very close and not letting my guard down .
