I haven't smoked in a while and I feel like I need to replace it with a new goal. I always wanted to run a 5 k and there is a new one coming up in my community. I am going to do it. I am going to Amsterdam in June so its the perfect run to do, I want to feel healthier and it feels like another way to appreciate my quit. I am really excited about it!
