Hello.

My name is Terry Stewart. I’m 45 and I’ve smoked for 24 years so far and today is actually my day two of no nicotine and it’s driving me insane. I’m new to this site and I really really want to improve my health towards the endgame, which is becoming a grandpa one day and enjoying retirement. Yikes!! Can’t believe I’m thinking of retirement lol. I’m done with smoking but it’s a journey uphill it seems already. I hope this site will help. I don’t want to go back to being a nicotine slave. Any week one advice? Anyone? Please help me. Thank you
