I had two so far, why can't I just quit! I want to be smoke free soooo bad, it hurts me everytime the cig wins. I am struggling and the darn cig always wins. I am doing it this time and vow not to give in to the urges at this moment and on 04/02/20 12:00 pm. It only lasts a few minutes, a cig, and it does nothing but give me a headache. I need to read about this addiction and I did watch a video about cigs being made and it made me sick to think I put these darn things to my mouth, for what, a few minutes of being under a smokey cloud!
